Phase 1
Discover and Assess

Every project begins with a 30-minute discovery call to clarify your firm’s most pressing AI-related challenges and desired outcomes. If we determine there’s a strong fit, we move forward with a formal consultation and AI readiness assessment.

Co-Create & Strategise

Once I understand where your firm currently stands, I move into a collaborative strategy development phase to build you a AI implementation strategy.
