The Innovation & Enterprise (I&E) portfolio was recently established at Swinburne University of Technology to spark the innovative spirit at Swinburne, form more partnerships with industry, and generate new revenue to improve the university’s overall financial sustainability. To develop an innovation pathway framework, I facilitated three workshops with the leadership team to co-design I&E’s vision and innovation strategy for the university.
