Context
The clients wanted to renovate their house and construct a dwelling in the backyard for their eldest son to live in. They requested for a contemporary and timless decor.
Brief
A two storey dwelling was added with a carport and games room. The main staircase was replaced with a minimalistic design with under-stair storage.
Role
I contributed to the construction drawing of the interior renovation, outdoor swimming pool and the additional backyard dwelling. I was also in charge of the construction details of the main staircase and provided administrative schedules for the construction of the stairs and other fitouts.
