Insights on team learning in architecture practice

Research in Practice is a community of architects and architectural researchers that gather once a month to share, discuss and disseminate research discoveries to improve architectural practice. I was invited by Dr Jacqueline Baker, Head of Research at Cox Architecture, to share my PhD research findings on the team learning behaviours of architecture teams in Victoria, Australia. A recording of the presentation is available on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9xQj0IdhqQc.
