Truong Chinh Building
Context
The clients wanted to develop a parcel of 5,100m2 land situated along a h6 commercial character but a rapid transit network was being constructed along the street. Consequently, the clients wanted a mix-use building to cater to a greater market.
Brief
The design response was a 21 storey building which had commercial, retail and apartments on the property. Apartments were located on the upper floors for unobstructed views of the surroundings.
Response
I contributed to the design inputs for the carpark, foyer, rooftop and apartment planning. I was also involved in the technical drawing and assisted in the visualisation and updates of the building sections and elevations.
