Life Design and AI

This is a transformative project designed to equip university students with powerful life design methodologies. Drawing inspiration from Stanford’s Life Design Lab and integrating AI tools, this initiative guides students through a human-centered design thinking process to envision and plan their futures. Through engaging activities like ‘Odyssey Planning,’ students explore multiple potential life paths. The project empowers students to clarify their values, reframe limiting beliefs, and leverage AI for flourishing and narrating their five-year plans. ‘AI + Me’ ensures students are not just planning, but actively designing a life that authentically aligns with their aspirations and purpose, preparing them to navigate an ever-evolving future with clarity and creativity.
